Join us for ‘Chemistry of Experiences’

The Chemistry of Experiences — a professional development programme from the Women Managers Club.

We offer eight modules, through which we will provide management tools (ranging from developing your own management style to working with a team and automating tasks) and facilitate a space for discussing your case studies.

This programme is for women who:

  • already manage processes and people
  • have recently taken on new responsibilities or are looking to move to the next level of leadership
  • want to work on their own context, rather than just hearing about theory
  • are looking for support from a community with similar experiences

We invite you to join us on a journey from ‘I’m not sure if I’m doing this right’ to ‘This is my unique leadership style, and it works!’. Each of you already possesses valuable experience and knowledge — our task is to help you recognise, build on and apply these with confidence.

In a safe space amongst like-minded women, you’ll be able to discuss real-life challenges, share your doubts and gain practical tools tailored to the realities of Ukraine and your specific context.

We promise lively discussion, deep reflection and shared growth. The programme takes place in a small group to facilitate meaningful exchanges amongst participants.

You will get:

  • The strengthening of your own knowledge through reflection and systematization.
  • Tools, advice and support from the professional community and curators
  • A management handbook containing the programme materials and a description of your strengths and approaches to work

Feedback

I’ve given it a lot of thought and reconsidered things; things have become much clearer in my mind. I’ve set myself some strategic goals and drawn up a plan for my personal development in line with these goals.

Natalia program coordinator

I was able to organise my knowledge and consolidate my understanding by talking things through. Also, because the participants shared their stories, I gained a broader perspective on how things can be.

Kateryna operational manager

It is an invaluable experience to hear the honest reflections of colleagues who share similar managerial experience. After the programme, I want to contribute to the organisation’s institutional development.

Yana head of organization, mother of a todler

During my time as a manager, I’ve accumulated a number of situations that are worth analysing to understand what’s ‘ok’ and what’s ‘not ok’, and what needs to be changed. During the programme, we were able to discuss these situations and alternative ways of handling them, as well as look at similar issues faced by other colleagues.

Mariia deputy executive director

Previously, I often followed the models set out by grant projects or donors. The programme highlighted that it is possible to develop our own approach to our work, rather than simply reacting to circumstances..

Maryana head of organisation department

It gave me the opportunity to reflect on how I do things, to think about my leadership style and working conditions, and to assess these so that I can either accept them or make changes in the future.

Alina head of organisation department

Working format

Duration of the programme: 4 months
